主产地煤矿开工率下滑，一方面因前期坑口价格跌幅过深，部分矿主动减产保价；另一方面受“两会”影响煤矿为保安全主动停产检修，在产煤矿严格按照核定产能生产。晋蒙地区销售好转，库存下滑，价格小涨；陕西地区长途拉运成本增加，部分煤种价格承压。

　　港口供应无明显好转，大秦线检修提前结束，目前日均调入量105万吨，与往年检修末期相比仍有差距；环渤海港口日均净调出量维持在20-30万吨之间，库存仍有100-200万吨的去化空间；截至5月28日四港合计库存1795.6万吨，同比降幅接近600万吨。贸易及终端环节港口经过补库，二港及华南港口库存有限增加。北港锚地船处于年内高点，锚地及预到船量合计超过200条。港口现货市场情绪降温，价格涨幅收窄，28日CCI5500大卡日环比持平于548元/吨，CCI5000大卡日环比涨1元/吨至489元/吨。海运市场因港口锚地船量较多，船舶周转效率降低，运价继续下跌，28日CBCFI指数跌42.74点至676.5点，各航线月中旬日均发电量同比增3.94%，其中火电日均发电量同比增6.88%，增幅进一步扩大；而水电日均发电量同比降13.85%，较5月上旬及4月降幅均明显扩大。本周随着南方进入雨季，水电出力环比有所好转，从微观的水库流量看同比降幅收窄至10%左右。在采购节奏上沿海与内陆电厂仍然存在分化：沿海电厂采购提速，库存降幅收窄；内陆电厂采购节奏放缓，但因日耗环比回落出现被动累库，截至5月27日全国重点电库存周环比增198万吨至7658万吨。

　　行情预判上，大秦线检修提前两日结束但发运量仍处于往年检修时期水平，呼铁局发运量环比好转，但港口供应尚无明显边际增量，净调出局面修复仍需时日。本周现货市场存在回调压力，但整体供需矛盾仍然存在，震荡偏多方向暂时不改。操作上可以考虑轻仓配置多单。
