主产地煤矿开工率回落，煤价弱稳。内蒙地区需求一般，部分矿井下检修，开工率及产量小幅回落；受高速恢复收费影响，陕蒙地区拉煤车减少，煤矿库存仍然积压；山西地区铁运询货有所增加，价格暂稳。高速公路恢复收费倒逼坑口降价，产地-港口价格走势再度分化。

　　5月份大秦线检修启动后港口供应基本未受影响，检修第一周日均发运量在90-100万吨之间，环渤海四港铁路调入量维持在150-160万吨之间，日均净调出幅度在30万吨上下，截至5月12日四港合计库存2186.3万吨。贸易及终端环节港口经历集中补库后，库存水平均小幅回升。北方港口锚地及预到船数高位稍有回落。港口现货存在结构性紧缺，现货价格涨幅扩大，12日CCI5500大卡日环比涨3元/吨至473元/吨，CCI5000大卡日环比涨4元/吨至409元/吨。海运市场因煤炭自身拉运及基建等非煤货盘拉运需求火爆，海运费进一步反弹，12日CBCFI指数涨77.39点至743.77点，各航线元/吨涨幅。

　　下游需求随着五一过后全国各地经济恢复工作步入正轨，工业企业补偿性开工，地产及基建需求联合发力，叠加南方天气转弱及水电偏枯，用电需求明显回升。4月中旬全国日均发电量同比增0.17%、火电日均发电量同比增1.54%，均为今年以来的首次正增长。沿海及内陆电厂日耗均已超过去年同期水平，但电厂采购节奏暂未明显加快，库存仍在小幅去化，截至5月6日全国重点电库存环比节前减28万吨至7419万吨。

　　行情预判上，今年前4个月全国累计进口煤炭同比增26.9%至1.27亿吨，未来进口额度不足已逐渐成为显著事实。电厂暂时维持低位采购，但迎峰度夏前的主动补库行情仍然可能出现。目前基本面仍然利多因素堆积，操作上等待现货价格反弹修复升水后考虑多头配置。
